Praising A Mockingbird

Wily fraudster of thicket,
O mimic master, you‘re deft.
Proud of every pilfered note,
avian clown, you bring joy
with echoed tunes, not owning.
Feathered minstrel of garden,
you allure with borrowed hymn.

Lovely. I enjoyed this read. I like how you have addressed the bird in second person so I as a reader feel I am sitting down with him having a chat. And ,feathered minstrel, please return. J :)
