Power of Love
The power of love
Shows itself in an instant
It appears bold and true
Not drawn out or distant
Love shines in your darkest hour
When it seems all is blue
Its power knocks you off your feet
And comes from the deepest part of you
You love with all your power
And your power comes from your love
Love lasts forever in your heart
It extends to eternity from above
Love is instilled in us from birth
We are given the capability to choose
Those who have chosen love over power
In the end will have nothing to lose.
