Potato Couch

My get up and go
Took off on its knees
Like a tree screaming out
When it loses it leaves

My day and night
Lost in translation
I glance out of my window
To witness life and its elation

But i can't say hello
To a world that says 'Ouch'
So i sit in repetition
Here on my potato couch

Day time tv
Reminds me its time to doze
So my little window
Begins to whimper and close
