Posting Woes

When away from my computer,
I will post my poems instead
Finger-pecking on my cell phone,
In the hope that they’ll be read.

Though it takes a little longer
And to errors I am prone,
I am helpless to correct them;
All the blame goes to the phone.

So at times these poems are posted
More than once or even twice,
Leaving me a bit embarrassed
Since just one time would suffice.

When I’m home again, my desktop
Helps correct my every glitch
And the new posts that I enter
Will go off without a hitch.

My apologies to readers
If you see a poem repeat.
Maybe someday on my cell, I’ll learn
Just how I can delete.

If you ever find the answer, please let us know. I have a poem with error and laptop in shop. Can't delete or edit! Your poem is excellent. I was glad to find I'm not the only one. I like your humor.

The trials and tribulation's of modern day invention. It's not a wonder you write with pencil and don't conform to convention.

I love your final verse! I'm afraid I've taken to re-posting pieces when I run out of inspiration, and hope my readers don't catch on. So far they've been kind. I don't have a 'smart phone.' I don't think I'd be very good with the new technology... I still havejust a 'land line' at home. Marvelous flow and rhyming, as always, and a really fun poem! You NEVER disappoint!! Best wishes, Keith (PS sometimes I forget to enter a grade, yours are always 7's anyway!)

My phone texts and calls no internet - only use my trusty laptop for my poetry - I noticed your glitch earlier and this new poem made me smile:-) hugs Jan xx
