Possibility To Believe

Beaten by the memories
Of who we used to be
When I was tied to you
Only then, I was free
Now in fog's confusion
Blinded in my own lies
Smiling on the outside
While dying in my insides

Assume I'm not bothered
Just one fish in love's pond
So quickly I'm over you
No need of magic's wand
But that's not the reality
The truth hidden from view
Never were you a fish
Girl, I can't get over you

Drowning in your absence
Impossible to breathe
Doubt and fear overtaking
The possibility to believe

So tonight I lock the door
Can't hear the silent scream
The cure's a loaded barrel
Hope's a suicide machine
Tears drip from my cheeks
No one ever sees me cry
A note I couldn't write
There will never be a why

Drowning in your absence
Impossible to breathe
Doubt and fear overtaking
The possibility to believe

It's ending right now
My last thought before the grave

Drowning in your absence
Impossible to breathe
Doubt and fear overtaking
The possibility to believe

No possibility to believe
No possibility to believe
