Pondering Yonder
i watch the shadows lengthen on my journey
yet i know not where i'm going, what i seek
still more questions than answers and the light grows weak
will they pity my delusion even has they mourn me?
will my ghost sit on my headstone and ponder
which direction to go in it's quest for heaven
or regret those frequent trips to 7-11
for the newports that has put him on the doorstep of yonder
