Pondering

Sitting here pondering the worlds state of affairs I am wondering who really cares I do not understand Why is everyone singing in the hate band News Is the blues Everywhere I look Life is took Hate is growing It is showing So much war Seems they can't close that door What's more Hate is running free For all to see People dying Less are crying Turning our hearts black Love, the world does lack Hate .....Is now our fate.... For so long I have heard the war song Raised voices Making bad choice Darkness fills the sky As more people die Hope starts to look thin We can not let hate win Would be a sin As the world loses the light More join the fight Freedom it would seem Is lost like some dream Hates blanket starts to draw tight Darker becomes the night When no one knows what is right Only what is wrong Hard to be strong In a word without light ......Nothing would ever seem right....
