Polka Dots

POLKA DOTS
I chanced to see her in party,
                       beautiful elegant pretty.

White polka dots on her black scarf
                             attracted my notice, so sharp.

Her charming eyes with long eye lash
Slightly frowned but shone to flash.

I sank in her lavender look.
                              Me overwhelmed, my heart shook.

                              To get introduced tried plan.
                           Approached to the assembled clan.

At last found one-time batch mate.
                           He had agreed to mediate.

To meet dream girl, I rushed in hurry.
                                   No trace of disappeared fairy.
