Poets On the Stage
Once, I was an actress;
one of the most talented of my age.
Often think about those times;
up upon the stage.
Confidence consumed me when
costumes I would dress,
My father often did proclaim-
"A natural born actress".
Enjoy the clips of slammers;
those actors whom are writers,
are so brave with their new wave,
entertaining great igniters.
One day I wish to see them live-
for audience they engage,
so admire all their fire,
The poets on the stage.
