Poetry of Mine

Hold me
Touch me
Feel me
Free me
If you can, let it all go
The envy,
The anger,
The distress,
The darkness
If you can, get rid of it

Shine, divine
You’re mine
You look so fine
There’s a sign
That you and I will be happy again I think
If you’d trust me,
Believe in me,
Relieve my scars,
Reflect on me
And you’ll see that I’ll be your poetry ink…

It’s beyond a mere moonshine delight tonight
It’s a bond between the stars and sunshine
I’m fond of you, for you have so much might
Conquer the anxiety and depression and swim in the pond of passionate design

Hold me
Touch me
Feel me
Free me
If you can, let it all go
The envy,
The anger,
The distress,
The darkness
If you can, get rid of it

Shine, divine
You’re mine
You look so fine
There’s a sign
That you and I will be happy again I think
If you’d trust me,
Believe in me,
Relieve my scars,
Reflect on me
And you’ll see that I’ll be your poetry ink…

Fall apart with me
You’re my poetry
Your poetic pain strung my own
I know you and you’re not alone
All and all, I’m a blessed work of beautiful-tainted art
You’re an uncharted island from the aching start

Hold me
Touch me
Feel me
Free me
If you can, let it all go
The envy,
The anger,
The distress,
The darkness
If you can, get rid of it

Shine, divine
You’re mine
You look so fine
There’s a sign
That you and I will be happy again I think
If you’d trust me,
Believe in me,
Relieve my scars,
Reflect on me
And you’ll see that I’ll be your poetry ink…

Pretty sorrow,
Will you cling on to me no more? Are you okay?
Since tomorrow
Should be different than yesterday’s dismay
Chasing the shadows of the deep once more
There’s so much more hope and happiness in store
God chose us to be together
I can take it, can you? I can’t take the trauma though
I like you so much and that’s forever
I can’t fake it, can’t you? I can trace you in my heart’s glow

Hold me
Touch me
Feel me
Free me
If you can, let it all go
The envy,
The anger,
The distress,
The darkness
If you can, get rid of it

Shine, divine
You’re mine
You look so fine
There’s a sign
That you and I will be happy again I think
If you’d trust me,
Believe in me,
Relieve my scars,
Reflect on me
And you’ll see that I’ll be your poetry ink…

You’re my poetry…
You’re my poem of glistening grace
You’re my remedy
You’re the stench for me to run this race
Can you stay with me? That’s my only plea
I can’t keep pace with this drama
Can you free me from despair and despondency?
I can’t stand the tension and trauma
