Poetry of Life
Like poetry, life measures out
Events not just in meters and rhymes.
But in peaks and lows and times of doubts,
And some very confusing times.
To be proficient in life is to be thoroughly versed,
In the ability to cope and simplify,
As in poetry one must also be versed,
And able to testify.
Discovering our abilities in life's endless journey,
And using our talents with free reign,
Helps ease the job of learning,
As poetry does like a calliope train.
Pursue your dreams that life holds,
Effortlessly and with little strife,
Enjoying each day as it unfolds,
Cherishing The Poetry of Life!
