                                My hubby's coughing

                                       We're unwell

                                      This flu is mean!

                                      We feel like hell!



                                         Number 17
                                         =======

                            Can I get these done tonight?

                             This challenge causing me

                                         Some plight!



                                         Number 18
                                        ========

                                I am nearly out of time

                                   I cough and sneeze

                                      And all to rhyme

Tom Bj Legros Kelley December 30, 2024 at 4:16 PM Thank you so much Tom, I so appreciate you cheering me on :) Ten more today, and then ten more tomorrow. I don't generally write like this, it reminds me of when I was a teenager and my sister and I would challenge each other with a prompt and time each other to come up with a poem in record time. We lived far out in the desert, there was nothing to do. We came up with our own fun pastimes :) This very much reminds me of those days.
