Theres is a freedom in writing poetry A freedom to share of matters of the heart To be honest and open without judgement For me anonymity plays its part I find it easier and therapeutic at times To write my feelings on a screen Post and share it with strangers Without being known or seen Face to face and in the flesh Is not always what l want or need By penning thoughts into poetry Without judgement, safeness is guaranteed

Being a member of PS has restored my faith in human nature, broadened my mind, and nourished my soul. The understanding, compassion, penfriendship and respect shown to all poets are heartwarming, encouraging me to keep writing—freedom of speech in private to a audience of many. I like sharing online because I think we get better feedback. When I share with friends and family or just people I know, it always makes me wonder. Do they say how much they like it because they believe it is their duty. Besides, who better to critique my poems than other poets.

I did a documentary about how our creativity, be it poetry, music, dance, helps us to express that what our tongue refuses to say.. so your poem makes perfect sense to me.. Great poem.
