Poetry 101

To celebrate cerebration is my intent
There is no pattern, no meter needed here
No rhyme to strain for lest I swallow an iambus
Since a foot in my mouth is not masticatable.

Convention is but a hindrance
And form is restraining
As custom is constraining
To conform is to die.

I will not live dying-ly
Audacity forever is my motto
Morality in verse is not prerequisite
And I will kill any attempt to submit to such an evil abeyance.

A late nice warm welcome to the soup.... Gary, I'm glad you are liking the celebration you find on the net. I also like your motto ~Forever~ sounds good. good ending... xox~LINDA
