Poetic Justice
Poetic Justice
a league of just us.
Believe in this,
for you can entrust us.
Different colored capes,
mask's to hide identities.
Unable to reveal ourselves,
to protect us and our cities.
Super speed,
mentalities so fast,
villains just think slow,
they never will last.
Ninja movements,
stealthly placed,
cat like reflexes,
steadily paced.
Martial arts,
Jiu-jitsu, even karate.
Got all the skills,
Ra's al Ghul couldn't even stop 'we'.
We know how to use gun's,
throw knives, fly, and catch dames.
Sweeping these streets,
reguardless of names.
Not all of us have money,
like our dear Mr. Wayne.
Expensive suits like Mr. Stark,
or powers like Lois Lane.
Most of us have the power of speech,
through the soul's connecting,
someplace we can't reach.
A League of our own,
where no judgements passed.
Helping each other,
holding hands through life's grasp.
Cities have burned,
people have died,
bad guy's got away,
but at least we have tried.
We can't win them all.
Justice, still will be served.
By Poetic Justice.
Fighting negativity with our words.
