Poetic Feast
Poetic Feast

Like a welcome mat,
an invitation if you will
just to get you here
to give but one small thrill.
It's like riding a roller coaster,
something around each turn
wondering and waiting
your mind and body yearn.
So read, read as you will,
I offer you up this treat
so you may enjoy the poetic feast
that I have left for you to eat.
