The pen in your hand
can release you the power
that your tongue can't
giving you the lift to the tower
Communication comes in various forms
through story drama and song
but the real true source
poetic verse makes one strong
When you read a great poet
you're inspired to follow that road
thinking could I do that
or do you need a special code?
No no no's the answer
we're all filled to inspire
in us a load of words
melted in the poetic fire
So poet communicator to be
dig deeper amongst your treasure
there's gold way down there
made to bring pleasure
Communication is a two way street
to give it but also to receive
poetry fills the desiring heart
never again wanting to leave
