Please Stop

My poetry's boring
My readers are snoring
My scribbling is all about war

My brains are all fuzzled
My thoughts are all muddled
I've never felt this way before

My mind has one focus,
Too much hocus focus
Causing anxiety galore.

There's no denying
I'm constantly sighing,
Please stop. We can't take any more.

Excellent, Shirley. It would be great if we could find a marker for future terrifying rulers. So much damage, so much suffering for the glory of so few. Elizabeth

Well, you're right! Now that you've identified the problem, what's the solution? Perhaps a little less attention to the daily news stream, and a lot more time spent by the brook and the stream! ~ 'Dr. G' (lol).

Thank you, Dr. G for the wise diagnosis. I think the cure may be hypnosis. I like your idea of walking by a stream. I can do this if I am hypnotised cos I'd be in a dream (lol) Take care, Shirley

The USA military budget is greater than Russia's, China's, and North Korea's combined becauise there is money to be made from waging wars. Eat some ice cream and be happy you are not in it! Aloha!

Self preservation. Acceptance of what is, not what we would like it to be. I see from your comment, Rico, that money plays a big part in starting wars. Whoever wrote money is the root of all evil, got that right!
