Please Pray With Me

My darling husband is going in for a major operation tomorrow,
Please pray with me and help us get to the night of the morrow,

Because I have been told it is foolish for me to visit him,
Due to Covid, I will not be able to see Elias which is grim,

Until Tuesday next week when we will fetch him to come home,
So no family until then, he has to go through all of this alone.

But as soon as he is able he will call what’s app me or zoom
And ICU will probably shout at me because of all my calls, I assume!

Login to Reply Jennifer Proxenos Date: 4/2/2021 12:12:00 PM Heidi my good friend, thank-you for you lovely kind words, yes it was challenging and it was a hectic op. because the doctors had discovered a growth, thank God benign, on my husbands pituitary gland which was pressing on his optic nerves, and the doctors said by the end of this year if he didn't have the op. he could go blind. There was no option! It was a five hour operation. Anyhow he is strong and on the second day home drove to our local supermarket! Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.
