Please Let Me Be Me

She is a pirate, a rogue, a scoundrel, a scallywag Some say she is wise and sage, others see a worn out hag Creatures from the forest and the field laugh at her ability To fit In with any bum, hood or stranger she would ever see. Parrot mama says to her daughter, let this be a lesson to you. A scoundrel, and a scallywag, has a heart of gold, tis true. That woman fits in everywhere with alley cats and bar flies too. Never putting anyone down, her heart is loyal and true blue.
