Please Dont Go

I've learned from you, It's never enough
Everything I did was out of love

Your standing on the other side, doubting my coming
Beleive me Im almost there i'm running

Don't leave, wait just one more minute, please
Give me one more chance to put our hearts at ease

This broken bridge is longer than most
But i'm almost done I can see the coast

I'm going to give you every reason to stay
It will be up to you if you walk away

I've done it all for you, just because of you
If only you knew

The things I have done without you by my side
It hurts, but I have it bottled up inside

Dont leave, I never let you fall, I'll guide you through 
Dont throw us away i'm about to make my debut

I'll tell you once so listen close
these words are powerful than most

Yeah I gave you my heart, and yeah you tore it appart
But I still want a fresh start

I need you, I love you, you make me whole
without you I'm nothing like an empty bowl

Diane Christian June 16, 2010 at 1:26 PM aww a great poem, it could almost be written as a song, i dont know I just got a tune in my head when I was reading it, I was once an empty bowl but it was God that filled me up, people let you down in this life my friend, I have had losses too but you will find love a new even beter and stronger the kind of love you deserve, so dont fret, they just aint worth it. their loss.
