Please Can I Come In
Streams of emotion flow on
And love's breeze blow on
Blowing out the intense feelings in me
Feelings once calm like the sea.
On my heart rushed
So many hurdles it crossed
Helplessly I ran after it
I was soon lost in enchantment street.
Where is my heart madly travelling to?
Why speedily it travels so?
It went over the greatest wall
As determined like a waterfall.
I tried all I can
To void my heart's unkown plan
I tried to overtake my heart
But it has outran me from the start.
Supersonically it sped on
Making no backward turn
It sped on like a shooting star
Its destination no longer far.
Abruptly it stopped
Before you it halted
Urging you up to open
Please can I come in?
