"dysfunctional parenting" is often to blame. So many times it is notorious.

Indeed. You are right about this. But I have also seen examples of bullying in schoolteachers, which I found irreprehensible!

I believe so, Tom. I suspect many a boy has been turned into a bully by a bullying father.
