Platonic Ode
Oh, noble soul, thy beauty shines so bright
A radiant star, that guides me through life's night
In thy companionship, I find my peaceful nest
A haven of friendship, where my heart can rest
Thy mind, a treasure trove, of wisdom and of grace
A fountain of inspiration, that does fill my space
Thy heart, a sanctuary, of kindness and of light
A refuge from life's storms, where I can take flight
Together we explore, the realms of thought and art
Our conversations, a sweet harmony that does never depart
In thy embrace, I find a love that's pure and true
A platonic bond, that forever shall renew
Oh, dear friend, thou art a blessing to my life
A precious gift, that does my soul enrich and rife
May our friendship forever flourish and grow
A platonic love, that forever shall glow.
