Pixie Dust
Do you believe in pixies?
Little people of the night,
Who skip and dance across the sky
Until the morning light;
From toadstool onto toadstool,
Landing softly where they must,
But the only thing you'll ever see
Are specks of pixie dust.
Do you believe in pixies?
Little fairies dressed in green,
Who ride on dragonflies and moths,
And keep the forest clean.
They'll tap upon your window,
Creating quite a fuss,
But the only thing you'll ever see
Are specks of pixie dust.
Do you believe in pixies?
Little elves with pointed ear,
Who beckon you to follow them
Whenever you come near.
They'll beg you for some milk,
And possibly a crust,
But the only thing you'll ever see
Are specks of pixie dust.
