Pinnochio

Do you see what we've done?
I'm so tired of all these mistakes
I've made a fool of myself
Shaking, trembling in a thousand quakes

You cried to me, but I no longer care
That voice of yours haunts me everywhere

I watch you from here, so sullenly
At the time it all felt so right
But you told lies like pinnochio
And I had to take off in the night

You cried to me, but I no longer care
That voice of yours haunts me everywhere

Now I know where this will go
I'm so worried about the ending
So confused about how long this has gone on
How long we were only pretending

You cried to me, but I no longer care
That voice of yours haunts me everywhere

Ready to smile again, but it won't come
My story should end but it's just begun

I'm sure it will be a better story with a happy ending! They say that time is the healer, Juli-Michelle. Wishing you great happiness and Joy! Mikki

This reads like a song. I think it could easily be put to music. Umm men telling lies? Ya can't live wiff them and ya can't shoot them.
