Pink Robin

Pink Robin

Pink Robin, Pink Robin
Dressed so beautifully
Pink Robin, Pink Robin
Love and light and sweetness

So shy in your mating rituals
Your pink chest speaks for you
Not a frequenter of human gardens
You prefer rainforests of solitude

Pink Robin, Pink Robin
You're one of Australia's delightful treasures
Pink Robin, Pink Robin
You are a blessing without measure

The clearing of your habitat
Has made you, oh so, vulnerable
May deforestation be halted
And save your precious home

Absolutely, Tom. It is sad to imagine a world devoid of nature's miracles. Take care. :-)
