Pillow Talk

Oh! soft as feathered down,
And gentle to the touch.
A diadem in my crown
Which I appreciate so much.

I lay my head to rest
As a bird snuggled in nest.
I close my eyes to sleep,
And lose count of the sheep.

The morning awakens my brow,
Conscience restored to my now;
I always appreciate my pillow,
My constant well feathered bedfellow.

Love how you ended this! Nicely done! Yes, a pillow is our friend!
