Pill of Life
The Pill of Life
It would open your eyes
to the things never seen
it wouldn't cure sorrow...
just allow you to gaze upon it
Pain is needed. It helps us acknowledge there is something we need to fix...
but sometimes we are oblivious to other's pain
and we need help to see it
Life is broken and beautiful
it's flaws make it what it is
The pill of life would help us see that.
It isn't providing a temporary cure, or false security.
It is revealing all the cracks.
