Piercing Words

Sharp is the tongue
deadly is it's sting
What sorrow and unhappiness
it can bring

How easy to hurt you
as it goes for the kill
So hard to control
and impossible to still

It can be used wisely
but not of a fool
It can be used as a weapon
or used as a tool
