Pieces of a Broken Heart
heart begins to bleed
peace is what I need
these words spoken
as the heart's broken
now and then I fail
failing to prevail
I am deep in pain
tied up by a big chain
whom then to call ?
now and then I fall
this pain I fail to hide
it's inside, it's outside
I swim in this sorrow
today, and tomorrow
I have lost all hope
I cannot even cope
I cry again and again
people think I'm insane
pain,
pain
of a broken heart.
