Picking a Pasta

Eeny meeny capellini, Ziti, elbows, bucatini. Vermicelli, farfalloni, Gnocchi, orzo, rigatoni. Alfabeto and linguine, Cavatelli, fettuccine. Penne, pappardelle and gigli, Stelle, risi, tripolini. Picking pasta gives you choices; Any way, your mouth rejoices. Think I'll go and boil me some - If it's cooked al dente - yum!

I love pasta, all kinds, and you are tempting me no end!!! We Maltese, like our Italian neighbours, go mad on pasta. I enjoy mine arrabiata, but I would not advice you to try it...it's like eating fire!:) I'd like to share some of yours, though! "Cooked al dente is a yum!" // paul

Rasta pasta, pudding and pie. Dred lock curls and gettn' high. Spaghetti Eddie, Saucy Sue, there'll be clean plates when they are through. Italian Schmalion, Jamaican Mahn. Thanks, none for me mahn, I am gone. Happy Thanksgiving ilene. Peace. :)

thanks, jan! i was looking in my son's pantry and realized that i didn't like any of the pasta shapes he had there - thus, my inspiration!
