Phase Two

The playground gates are open And folks can eat outdoors In restaurants and bars, as well as Shop inside of stores. Salons and barbershops will make Appointments for their cuts But masks must be in place, of course, No ifs or ands or buts. Though offices may now begin To welcome back their staff, The occupancy at one time Cannot be more than half. The city’s slowly crawling back, Yet normal it is not. I guess we should appreciate The “normal” that we’ve got.

Yeah, I hope we enjoy this phase and give humanity a new makeup to goodness, to life and to beauty. We will definitely overcome this pandemic. What a cute and nice poem.

Hawai'i is certainly paying the price for allowing people to go without masks and congregate too soon, but we are daily reminded how quickly ONE person can infect 20-others, so perhaps more people will begin to understand, "pandemic"! Hang in there! Aloha! Rico

I don't think things will ever be the same, not for a long time anyway, what worries me is these spike's in areas that have lifted too soon. Tom
