Petals of the Eternal Rose
Down on my knees,
I'm taking you there with a heart full of joy and faith.
Bowing, humbling, listening am I;
out in the bliss of each moment with you:
waiting... for the last petal to fall.
Knowing the source of love - Jesus Wept-
I cry, having the understanding that salvation is true.
Waiting, hearing, keeping are we;
out in the bliss of each moment with you:
waiting... for the renewing of the last petal.
Hearts joined in unity, becoming one with Him,
making memories that will last forever- settled.
Blooming, renewed, revealed in pure delight,
in love and strengthened are we;
out in the bliss of each moment with you:
watching... for the capturing of the last petal.
Softly will the petal fall, into the bosom of grace,
secured and in one love forever.
Unity, bond of peace, enduring one I love,
holding on; out in the bliss of each moment with you:
Watching... for the time is near to secure the last petal
of the eternal Rose!
