Personal Space
I saw him from a distance
then suddenly he was near
standing within my circle here
eyeing my every move and turn cleared.
I stepped back and away
but he remained unswayed.
Lightly did he touch my arm
and stepped closer in
smiled as if I should know him
as I pushed back in my spin.
A governor he claimed
when he introduced his name.
So what, I thought and smiled
ready to take my leave as planned
when he clasped my face in his hands
I simply said I am no fan.
He said I was aggressive
but he was the one quite obsessive.
Pushing back, I stepped away
he claimed he didn't mean it that way
asking for a kiss to my surprise and dismay
I walked away, refusing his game to play.
Respect me please when I say no
from my personal space, leave and go
Governo Coumo.
