Personal Acountabilirty

within my own actions of my own knowldesge of my own past of things of places of who and what and when i try my best to be personaly accountable moments of colapse angry feelings of hurt no closure for the selfish amends personal acountability weighs on my soul this burden i would not wish to shift upon anybody i try to carry my own weight and struggle along the way familiar mistakes and dances with danger friendly strangers as leaders of what they didnt know they taught made me see what i was missing from inside my head all along the turned cheek that saved me still personal acountability weighs upon me you needed no sheltering for making the right choices and offering refuge for someone elses baby I am sorry for my trespasses

Personal responsibility is what the world needs more of--only then can there truly be freedom for all. Too many, do what they want, leaving carnage along the way. Good message in this poem. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and for your kind comment. Keep on writing! Karen
