People Disappear

You knew them - 
now they are 
     gone
Yes, people disappear
      after their light  has shone on the withering grass
We will be
     relieved of grief  and sorrow and you in particular 
 will find total  peace
     sometime
in the future
     when  dawn 
answers all your questions
