People Addiction

some people you need to treat like an addiction
keeping a distance to avoid any friction
you know they're bad and will pull you back in
but you remember the times they brought out your grin
You find yourself needing and wanting them back
but you know in return they'd lead you off track

I agree. I thought 1 person really made me the maddest ever in my life. Not really, just a bad time in my life. I was really mouthy to someone else. My friend Matthew was laughing at the man, saying, actually singing that he liked me. He sat there and said nothing. Some people do remain the same, others do realize, and can learn something new from tyheir experiences in life. I believe if we continue to make the same mistakes, the same similar events in life will go on until we do learn a lesson?

Great advice, and a very well written poem.
