Running here and running there
Never getting anywhere
Going going going gone
Back again though not alone
Hurry hurry rush and wait
Double time or you'll be late
Push and pull and palpitate
Try to make it through the gate
Mount your horses,catch your plane
Ride your bikes or go by train
Take your car or you may walk
Hurry now,no time to talk
Beat the deadline,make the goal
Keep the guard up,leave no hole
Never is there time to rest
Got to do your very best
If at first you don't succeed
Acceleration is what you need
Speed up now don't take so long
To do all this you must be strong
