Penny and Brain

Doctor Claw was an evil genius and he committed many crimes.
If it wasn't for Penny and her dog, he would've won every time.
The note would blow up in the Chief's face every time Inspector Gadget read it.
Penny and Brain did all of the work and Inspector Gadget always got the credit.
Penny and Brain never got any recognition for defeating Claw and that was unfair.
Maybe if Penny had kicked the Chief in the nuts, he would've been more aware.
When it came to catching criminals, Inspector Gadget couldn't catch a cold.
Penny outshined him every time and she's only about nine or ten years old.
