Pelts
5/31/22
Dealt continual pelts
Leading to welts
Speed kills so always put on a seat belt
Misunderstood and not being felt
Close and far from Elk
Above fields of kelp
Whelp
I thought I needed to yelp for help
But I had to focus on health
And wealth
It was in the best interest for myself
Meanwhile the ice shelf
Continues to melt
Way below an Asteroid Belt
It's like a free-for-all everybody for themselves
Near an ocean full of shells
Occasionally there is a ring from bells
And folks tossing coins into wells
Making wishes, but not all do tell
They end up doing swell
Or from grace they fell
Inside a cell
Is where they now dwell
Causing a terrible smell
What the hell
I need to yell
And cast a spell
So that I can quell
Instead of trying to sell
My soul for money and ending up in hell
Another computer made by Dell
Another win instead of another L
