Peaceful Shore
Grey mist rising from the morning beach
To meet the foggy breeze
The music of the waves roars on
In softly cushioned melodies
Spent emotions on the sandy shore
Lifting, rolling yet unseen
Beyond the misty veil of fog they fall
Cool salt air it catches me
A refrain that’s so in harmony, the talk
With peaceful sand and seaweed wraps
Welcoming a barefoot walk
It’s talking to my soul
A melody of softened notes I chase
The foaming waves my soul embrace
