In the future
To be permitted to work 
You will have to have a 

Chip insert  
Fitted under your skin 
So you can’t tamper with it

Which will monitor 
You night and day
In every way 

Your thought patterns 
What you say 
What causes you pain 

Where you go 
When you leave your workplace
What route you take 

Who you spend time with
Listing your associates 
Making copies of their face

You will be presented 
With this data
At your weekly 
Employment review 

They will say 
It’s so they can  
Know the real you
And just what you do

To protect The Company 
Who is, by law 
Now more important 
Than you
