diabetes isn't neccessarily from the food you eat.... some cases its heritary, but the greatest healer is Jesus still. I try not to over indulge but my buttermilk biscuits will make ya drool, and tomato gravy and a pork chop every now and then, and "please mama pass the taters" I used to hear. they lived through it :)
