Patners For Life

When
Eve
ate
the
fruit,
did
the
flowers
went
singing?
Did
the
sun
smile?
Did
the
bird
sing
a
love
song.

When
Adam
took
that
fruit,did
the
beast
went
galloping?
Did
the
moon
hide?
Did
the
goat
mope
like
clown
as
he
ate
the
forbidden
fruit?

Perhaps
they
watched
the
scene
with
thrill
or
trepidation
and
they
went
singing
a
sad
song
or
chorus
the
fall
of
man

The
flowers
did
sing.
And
the
beast
went
galloping.
The
sun
smiled.
And
the
moon
went
hidding
and
together
we
were
thrown
like
garbage
from
Eden
...now
together
we
eat
dust.
