Patient Information. By Feo. I've come to the conclusion that patient (blank) suffers from a rare disorder which causes him/her to react to something in which he/her refers to as "reality" by way of expression. I have no choice but to up the dosage of his/her medication for the reason that patient (blank) believes he/her can really live a much healthier life by challenging this so called "reality" with expression. Patient (blank) also claims that he/her can comfort others that suffer from this condition by offering them something known as "admiration" something that we in the field consider a dangerous form of encouragement for patients who suffer from this bizarre disorder. I have no choice but to put patient (blank) under 24 hour watch until proven that he/her is no longer a threat to decent society.
