Patience My Love
As I sit here thinking of us my dear
My mind is not right soaked in fear
From my child like atmosphere
That made you disappear
So unlike me to smear
When I know your heart is sincere
My mind off in some distant place
As if I was in some kind of awful race
To leave my name in disgrace
Our love so quiet with hardly a trace
My eyes locked onto your face
Why did I take it from flowers and lace
To such an unfamiliar place
You are my brace
I hope I make a compelling case
For me acting that way
Putting our love on display
When I never play that way
Baby what I'm trying to say
I love you more with every passing day
I can't wait until you are here to stay
When we will be able to play every day
Don't want to ever think about you going away
I promise I just had a bad day
Please don't let it affect our love in any way
Believe me when I say
Your my girl who lives in my heart
I want it to be like it has been from the start
Like ten wild horses could not keep us apart
You are so beautiful.cunning and smart
I want to be the man who lives in your heart
I pray to God It stays that way
Patience my love I'm here to stay
It's with my words I must say
I will love you more then my words can say
