Patience Can Wait Another Day

Patience can wait another day,
for sure she will win one day,
she'll never surrender, she'll never give in,
for sure she will win.

Memories of the sorrow and the pain,
will always be there and
will never go away,
but life goes on anyway
Patience can wait another day,
for sure she will win one day.

the bitterness as faded away,
buried deep with obstacles along the way,
the memories are there, but have faded by now,
sometimes she'll sit and remember how,
her life changed for the better,
but one day she walked away and
then followed the sorrow and the pain
then the anger took hold again.

left empty and all alone
patience has won
but is left here all alone.
