Pastel Sunrise

Dawn painted morning's horizon with a blush.
Beauty I see when I wake gives me such a rush.
Shades of cornsilk yellow, lavender and peach,
but far too distant to ever be within my reach.

Beautiful! I don’t think I’ve ever heard a color compared to cornsilk. I like it!

You captured the dawn and sunrise well Jenna, I love those amazing colours just before that spark of sunlight appears. Tom
