Past Present and Future

Unfilmed amid a progressive era many aspects of biography, are now taken for granted Whether it’s the ascending or settling of the Sun or simply the manner in which our food gets planted In this evolving hour of technology appropriate pleasantries are easy to overlook A list of many now rely on internet and social media scarcely ever cracking open a book Time accepts indisputable revisions our archaic methods will soon be lost Rapid evolution of human civilization will always render an exhaustive cost Our workmanship and pride slowly give way to the modern token Be mindful of how you live and gain so our children’s future is not left broken August 21, 2020

Hi Mark, I believe that all ones poems and emails to clients in our business be backed up with hard copies, - it has proved to be a treasure - my husband's computer crashed, don't worry I said, I have everything, such a safe feeling and as for reading book I still look at my Rhyme Zone dictionary, my thesaurus Book and my dictionary , I don't use the computer for any, of these. Your poem is one of things to come and that are happening explained in creative poetic style. Blessings, Hugs, Jenn.

The more we gain, the more we have to lose! Some things, unfortunately, will never be the same again. Regards // paul

Far too many things are broken in today's world. Fingers are used to google and text. No wonder there's no longer a need for children to be taught cursive. Books are not needed...shades of Fahrenheit 451.

guess we have to move with the times... but not all change is for the better. when i worked at school a kid wanted to spell a word - i said to find it in the dictionary... he wanted to use his phone... i found it in the dictionary before he had even turned the phone on ... and they call it progress lol:-( hugs jan xx

Some change is good just not all. Hopefully we don’t repeat the bad

Yes, we get to see the changes as all that have come before us have. We each carry with us our part in history.
